| 摘 要： | 目的 评价儿童肱骨髁上骨折手法复位失败后骨牵引与手术治疗效果。方法 40例肱骨髁上骨折患者分成两组，分别采用骨牵引及手术两种治疗方法。结果 骨牵引与手术两组治疗结果优良率分别为15／20、16／20，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 虽两组疗效差异无显著性，但骨牵引治疗有较多优越性，以骨牵引治疗为佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of skeleton traction and operation for the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children after failed maneuver reposition. Methods 40 cases were recruited and divided into 2 groups. Group A was treated with skeleton traction and group B with operation. Results The excellent and good rate was 15/20 in group A and 16/20 in group B. There was no significant statistic difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The effect of skeleton traction is identical to that of operation,but skeleton traction has some advantages,which is better for this kind of fracture. |
