糖尿病前期和2型糖尿病患者体内氧化抗氧化状态研究

摘    要:目的:对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体内氧化应激水平和抗氧化状态进行分析研究,探索早期预防2型糖尿病的有效措施。方法:检测2型糖尿病患者血中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量;丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量;谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),总抗氧化能力(TAOC),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性;抗氧化物质维生素E(VE)和维生素C(VC)的含量;内皮舒张因子一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,T2DM前期组(空腹血糖受损/糖耐量异常,IFG/IGT),HDL-C、VC、TAOC明显降低,GSH、NO明显升高;T2DM组,TG、TC、MDA、GSH、NO、NOS含量明显增加,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低,HDL-C、TAOC和TAOC/MDA、VE和VC明显减少。结论:在糖尿病前期(IFG/IGT)机体的氧化抗氧化平衡系统已经开始发生紊乱,在2型糖尿病患者,这一状况更为明显。

Abstract:Obejective:To evaluate the oxidative and antioxidative status in subjects with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, and explore effective early preventive measures for diabetes. Method: Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholestreol (LDL-C), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), total antioxidation capacity (TAOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were determined in the subjects. Antioxidants including vitamin E (VE),vitamin (VC),vaso-dilator nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were also detected. Results:Compared with control group, HDL-C, VC, TAOC were decreased significantly while GSH and NO elevated significantly in pre-diabetes group (IFG/IGT). In T2DM group and T2DM with complications group, TG, TC, MDA, GSH, NO, NOS contents were elevated markedly, however, SOD, GSH-Px activities and HDL-C, TAOC, TAOC/MDA, VE,VC contents were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion:The balance between oxidative and antioxidative system is disturbed in subjects with pre-diabetes, andbecomes much worse in subjects with T2DM.
