常州市武进区职业卫生现状及对策

目的了解常州市武进区工业企业职业卫生现状，旨在保护劳动者身体健康。方法分析《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》在该区实施情况及存在的问题。结果有毒有害作业场所监测覆盖率15．0％，监测合格率80．3％，职业健康检查率25．0％，累计职业病病例326例（尘肺187例，急慢性职业中毒139例），查出疑似职业病15例，建设项目职业病危害因素评价报告12份。结论该区的有毒有害作业监测率和职业健康检查率均很低，存在对执法的认识和监管方面的问题。提高认识，加大执法力度是职业病防治工作的关键。

Occupational Health Status in Wujin District of Changzhou City and Its Countermeasures

[ Objective ] To understand the occupational health status of industrial enterprises in Wujin District of Changzhou City, so as to protect the health of workers. [ Methods] The implementation and the problems of ＂ Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases＂ were analyzed. [ Results] The coverage of poisonous and harmful workplace inspec- tion was 15.0%. The qualified rate of monitoring was 80.3%. Occupational health examination rate was 25.0%. Totally 326 cases of occupational disease （187 cases of pneumoconiosis, 139 cases of acute and chronic occupational poisoning） and 15 cases of suspected occupational disease were identified, 12 evaluation reports of occupational hazards in this construction project were made. [ Conclusion] The coverage of poisonous and harmful workplace inspection and occupational heahh examination are extremely low. The existed problems are lack of awareness of law enforcement and supervision. The key to occupational disease prevention is deepening the awareness and strengthening law enforcement.
