| 摘 要： | 初步总结了谢兆丰老中医对肝病病理的认识。认为肝病在其发生、发展过程中,湿、热、瘀、毒是主要病理因素,其病位主要在肝,但与脾（胃）、肾有关。病理特点总属正虚邪恋、虚实夹杂。

| Abstract: | Preliminary summarized understanding of etiological factors and pathogenesis on hepatic diseases by Elder doctor of TCM Xie Zhaofeng.In occurrence and development process of hepatic diseases,dampness,pathogenic heat,blood stasis and pathogenic poison are the main nosogenesises.Its position is in the liver,but correlated with the spleen（the stomach）and the kidney.The pathological characteristics is deficient vital QI leading to lingering of pathogen and deficiency-syndrome mingling with excess-syndrome. |
