妊娠期高血压疾病与缺钙关系的临床研究

【目的】观察妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)与缺钙的关系。【方法】将128例有HDCP高危因素的孕妇随机分为两组(A1组及A2组),自孕20～24周起A1组每日口服迪巧钙咀嚼片2片(每片含碳酸钙750mg),另选择无HDCP高危倾向的正常孕妇70例(B组)。分别观察各组血浆钙离子浓度及HDCP患病率。【结果】A1组每日补钙1500mg后HDCP患病率明显低于未补钙组(A2组)(P<0.05),A1与B组间患病率无统计学差异(P>0.05);补钙组血浆钙离子浓度明显高于未补钙组(P<0.01)。【结论】有HDCP倾向的高危孕妇其血浆钙离子浓度明显降低,补充一定量的钙剂后血浆钙离子浓度可恢复至正常孕妇水平,同时可预防HDCP的发生。

Clinical Study on Relation Between Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy(HDCP) and Calciprevia

Objective]To observe relation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) and calciprevia.Methods]One hundred twenty-eight high-risk pregnancy women predisposed to HDCP were randomly divided into A1 group and A2 group .the pregnancy women in A1 group took orally 1 500 mg calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets(D-Cal) from 20 to 24 weeks gestation every day until delivery. In addition 70 pregnancy women not predisposed to HDCP were used as control (B group). Calcium ion concentration in serum was measured and risk of HDCP analyzed.Results]Calcium supplementation was associated with a significantly decreased risk of HDCP between A1 group and A2 group (0.01< P <0.025).Difference was not significant between A1 group and B group( P >0.05). Calcium ion concentration difference was significant between A1 and A2.Conclusion]Calcium ion concentration is low in serum of high-risk pregnancy women predisposed to HDCP. Calcium supplementation can increase serum calcium ion concentration and may play a preventive role in HDCP.
