摘    要:本文采用单向 MLC 方法从不同 H-2单型小鼠品系的多种组合中,建立了 MLR-CML 体外检测模式。实验结果表明:(1)MLC 诱导中的增殖应答和杀伤效应在培养开始后的120小时到达高峰;(2)MLC 中增殖应答和杀伤效应间存在着正相关;(3)诱导的杀伤效应显示出 H-2特异性;(4)体内致敏能增强体外诱导杀伤细胞的效应;(5)所诱导的同种特异性杀伤细胞属于Thy1~+、Lyt2~+(Tc)亚群。


ANALYSIS OF EXPERIMENTAL CONDITION IN THE IN VITRO INDUCTION OF MOUSE ALLO-SPECIFIC CYTOTOXIC TLYMPHOCYTES
Abstract:We succeeded in establishing a MLR-CML model by using oneway MLC technique in a variety of experimental combinations of inbred strains with different H-2 haplotypes.Results showed that:(1)the proliferation response and cytotoxic effect in MLC induction reached the peak values at 120 hr after initiating the culture;(2)a posi- tive correlation existed between the proliferation response and the cytotoxic effect in MLC;(3)the induced CTL possessed the H-2 specificity;(4)the cytotoxic effect of the CTL was enhanced by in vivo presentization of the responsdor mice with allogeneic spleen cells;(5)the CTL obtained in the induction of MLC were considered to be Thy1~+, Lyt 2~+ subsets.
