消癃通闭对大鼠前列腺上皮细胞DNA合成的影响

摘    要:为了进一步了解中药消癃通闭对前列腺上皮细胞增生的影响,用去势wistar大鼠,每天皮下注射丙酸睾酮5mg/kg,以维持其副性腺的发育。消癃通闭2g/kg灌胃20天时断头处死,取前列腺相同部位腹叶,匀浆,PI染色,采用流式细胞技术对大鼠前列腺上皮细胞DNA合成进行定量检测,结果显示:消癃通闭可抑制G2+M期DNA的合成(P<0.005),即该药可能抑制了前列腺上皮细胞的有丝分裂。

Abstract:Castrated male wistar rats were given injection of testosterone propionate, 5 mg/kg/day, subcutaneously, to maintain the growth and development accesory sex ograns. After fed with Xiao-Long-Tong-Bi(XLTB. a traditional Chinese herb powder) for 20 days, the rats were executed. Ventral lobes in the same part of the prostate were taken out, homogenated, and stained with PI, to detect the DNA synthesis of prostatic epithelial cells by flow cytometry. The result indicated that XLTB reduced the prostate volume of the rats, prolonged the G2 + M period of DNA synthesis, compared with testosterone group, P < 0.005 . That is to say that the medicine inhibited the mitosis of the rats prostatic epithelial cells.
