| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨处于初期的喉癌多层螺旋CT（MSCT）成像技术及其应用价值。方法：回顾性分析28例经病理证实的小喉癌患者MSCT资料，评价其图像质量并比较不同窗技术图像及CT仿真喉镜图像对病变的显示情况。结果：所有横断面软组织窗图像1级，所有MPR重建图像2级，所有CT仿真喉镜图像1级，所有图像均能满足临床需要。常规软组织窗显示病变20例（69％），宽窗显示病变24例（81％），CT仿真喉镜显示病变27例（93％）。结论：MSCT能有效显示喉癌，可常规用于喉癌检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the technique and method of MSCT in examination of laryngeal.Methods:MSCT data of 28 patients with laryngea Carcinomas confirmed pathologically were analyzed retrospectively.Images quality was evaluated and the results obtained with various windows and CTvirtual larynscopy were compared.Results:All images and good quality,in 20 cases,20(69%)could be displayed with conventional soft tissue windows,24(81%)could be demonstrated with lung windows, and 27(93%)could be demonstrated with CT virtual larynscopy.Conclusion:The multislice CT can effectively demonstrate laryngeal carcinomas,and can be applied routinely in examination of laryngeal carcinomas. |
