意识障碍患者应用振动排痰机预防肺部感染的效果观察

目的：探讨G5振动排痰机对高血压脑出血术后伴有意识障碍患者预防肺部感染的效果。方法：184例高血压脑出血术后伴有意识障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组,按意识障碍程度分为意识朦胧和昏迷。所有患者在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组应用G5振动排痰机,观察白细胞计数、体温及痰培养情况。结果：意识朦胧患者治疗组肺部感染发生率低于对照组。昏迷患者两组肺部感染发生率无明显差异。结论：G5振动排痰机对意识朦胧患者的预防肺部感染效果较好,昏迷患者仍需要尽早行气管切开术等有创性手段,预防和治疗肺部感染。

Effect observation of applying vibration sputum elimination machine to prevent pulmonary infection in patients of conscious disturbance

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of the Gs vibration sputum elimination machine for reducing pulmonary infection in post craniocerebral operative patients of hypertensive cerebral Hemorrhage with conscious disturbance. Methods： 184 post-operative patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with conscious disturbance were divided into treatment group and control group. According to conscious state, patients were divided into two types： confusion and coma. The G5 vibration sputum elimination machine was used in addition to routine treatment in patients of treatment group. The White Blood Cell （WBC） ,body temperature and sputum culture were also assessed. Results： The incidence of pulmonary infection of confusion patients in treatment group was lower than that of control group. But there was not significant differences between two groups of coma patients. Conclusion：The G5 vibration sputum elimination machine can prevent pulmonary infection efficiently in the patients with confusion. Tracheotomy should be performed to prevent and treat pulmonary infection in coma patients.
