| 摘 要： | 目的:建立上颌第一磨牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型,为分析各种载荷下上颌第一磨牙的生物力学性质提供精确的数学模型.方法:通过螺旋CT扫描,获得55副上颌第一磨牙的断层图像,在计算机中读取CT图像,提取轮廓,用有限元软件建立上颌第一磨牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型.结果:所建的上颌第一磨牙由175447个单元,34257个节点组成.结论:本研究建立的上颌第一磨牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型是对正畸治疗过程中上颌第一磨牙进行生物力分析的一种准确、有效的方法,为进一步力学研究奠定理论基础.

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper was to construct three-dimensional finite element(3-D FE) of the first maxillary molar.Method:The advanced CT scanning and moder computer image processing system with the software of the three-dimensional finite element were used to take and analyse the date,and established the first maxillary molar model.Result:A 3-D FE model of first maxillary molar is constructed.The elements and nodes of the model are 175447 and 34257.Conclusion:The 3-D FE model of first maxillary molar is pricise and effective for analyzing stress in tooth and periodontia. |
