大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况调查及流行因素分析

目的调查在校大学生面部蠕形螨感染状况,分析蠕形螨感染与相关流行因素的关系。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法对200名大学生进行蠕形螨检测,同时通过问卷调查分析造成蠕形螨流行的相关因素与感染率的关系。结论 200名大学生蠕形螨的总感染率为38.5%,女生感染率为40.8%,男生感染率为34.7%,男女生感染率无显著性差异（χ2=0.74,P〉0.05）;77名感染者中感染度Ⅰ级（轻度）感染率为77.9%,Ⅱ级（中度）感染率为14.3%,Ⅲ级（重度）感染率为2.6%,Ⅳ级（极重度）感染率为5.2%;从面部肤质比较,油性皮肤感染率为43.9%,混合性皮肤为42.5%,干性皮肤为22.2%,油性和混合性皮肤感染率两者无显著性差异（χ2=0.03,P〉0.05）,而油性皮肤和干性皮肤两者感染率有显著性差异（χ2=5.91,P〈0.05）;面部皮肤健康者感染率为23.2%,不健康者（毛囊炎、酒渣鼻、痤疮等）为44.4%,两者比较差异有显著性（χ2=7.68,P〈0.05）。结论大学生蠕形螨感染相对普遍,但以轻度感染为主,其阳性率高低与面部皮肤性质及面部皮肤有无疾患关系密切。

Investigation on Face Infection of Demodex mite in College Students and Analysis of Epidemic Factors

Objective To investigate the face infection of demodex mite in the college students and to analyze the relationship between demodex mite infection and epidemic factors. Methods Transparent adhesive tape method was used for the examination of human demodex mite in 200 college students and to analyze the relationship between the infection rate and epidemic factors by using questionaires. Results The total infection rate in 200 college students with human demodex mite was 38.5%.The infection rate in female students was 40.8% and in male ones,34.7%,and there was no significant difference in gender（χ2=0.74,P0.05）.The infection rates of levelⅠ（light）,levelⅡ（middle）,level Ⅲ（hevey） and level Ⅳ（very hevey） were 77.9%,14.3%,2.6% and 5.2%,respectively,among 77 infected students.The infection rates of moist skin,mixture skin and dry skin were 43.9%,42.5% and 22.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the infection rates of moist skin and mixture skin（χ2=0.03,P0.05）,but there was significant difference between those of moist skin and dry skin（χ2=5.91,P0.05）.In addition,the infection rate of the health facial skin was 23.2%,while that of the facial skin with folliculitis,rosacea and acne was 44.4%,and there was significant difference between them（χ2=7.68,P0.05）. Conclusion It is common infection with human demodex mite of college students and the intensity of infection for most of infected students was light.The infection rate was closely related with the character and condition of facial skin.
