| 摘 要： | 综合十年来我国商业健康保险发展的各项相关数据，指出其发展困境所在，并结合实践探索商业健康保险的发展出路，认为参与中国基本医疗保障体系建设、发展管理式医疗和健康管理将成为我国商业健康保险发展的主要方向。
