| 摘 要： | 2-氨基-2-（4-辛基苯基）乙基]-1，3-丙二醇盐酸盐（简称为FTY720）是一种来源于冬虫夏草的新型免疫抑制剂。从结构上不同于环孢素A（CsA）、他克莫司（FK506）以及雷帕霉素（Rapa）等，与其他免疫抑制剂相比，该药具有免疫抑制效果明显，毒副作用低等特点，有望成为新一代的免疫抑制剂。

| Abstract: | FTY720 is a new immunosuppressive agent derived from cordyceps sinensis and it has the different structure from the eyclosporin-A （CsA） , tacrolimus （FKS06） and rapamycin （Rapa）. Compared with other immunosnppressive agents, FTY720 is characterized by remarkable efficacy of immunosuppression, low toxicity and so on, which predict it may be a new generation of immunosuppressive agent. |
