颈椎后路"APOFLX"内固定装置应用的初步探讨

目的 研究和评估“ＡＰＯＦＬＸ”装置在颈椎后路，特别是上段颈椎失稳行后路内固定术中的价值和作用。方法 对４例寰椎前脱位 ／和枢椎椎体骨折患者行后路植骨，并采用“ＡＰＯＦＬＸ”内固定装置内固定。结果 ４例获３个月随访，无术中、术后并发症，未见脱钩、断棒及松动现象。结论 该系统可使固定节段具有较强的内在稳定性，并具有操作简单、安全、合并症少，内固定材料生物相容性好，无磁性等特点。

Report of APOFIX fixation system in posterior cervical stabilization

Objective To evaluate value of the application of APOFIX fixation system in posterior cervical surge,especially for posterior cervical stabilization. Methods Four patients with atlas anterior displacement or/and vertebral body fracture of axis were treated by APOFIX.Results 4 cases were followed-up after operation for three months that no complications,expulsion of hook,breaking pole and mobilization occurred. Conclusion The device of the APOFLX fixation system have characteristics of non-magnetic,safety,easy for operation and stronger inner stabilization of stabilized bone.
