| 摘 要： | 目的：评价闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法：从1999年1月至2002年12月采用“C”型臂X线机透视下，闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折32例。结果：本组32例获得随访，平均随访时间6个月(4～12月)，患儿全部骨性愈合，神经损伤1～4个月完全恢复，未出现Volkman缺血性挛缩、术中尺神经损伤和严重肘内翻畸形。结论：闭合复位经皮单枚克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折能有效维持复位、预防肘内翻畸形发生，方法简单、有效、安全，术后恢复良好。
