微创化小切口在混合痔术中的应用

目的探讨小切口在治疗混合痔时所体现出的微创化。方法对成都中医药大学附属医院肛肠科在外剥内扎术中采用小切口治疗混合痔100例临床资料作回顾性分析。结果术后缓解术前症状,不仅对肛门的损伤小,而且小切口具有出血少、疼痛少、美观等优点。结论本手术操作简单、安全,术后疼痛轻微,并发症少,恢复时间短,逐步趋向微创化,经济而安全,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Theapplication of the small incision of minimally invasive in the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids

Objective Study the minimally invasive reflect on the small incision in the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Retrospectively research and analysis the 100surgery material cases which were treated the mixed hemorrhoid with piercing stripping outside and ligating inside plastic operation from the anorectal office in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results All the cases were treated with the small incision in the pierce strip outside and ligate inside plastic operation,all ease to the greatest extent postoperative.Not only damage the anus slightly,protect the mucosa of the normal area besides the piles in theory,preserve the precision function of the anus,but also possess advantages such as less bleeding 、 less pain and artistic and so on.Conclusion The operation is simple and safe,postoperative pain is slightly,few complications,short recovery time,gradually tend to minimally invasive,safe and economic,deserve promotion in clinic.
