MGMT表达缺失在胃癌发生中的作用

目的]探讨DNA直接修复蛋白MGMT表达缺失在胃癌发生中的作用和意义.方法]免疫组织化学方法检测66例胃癌、34例胃炎(慢性浅表性胃炎25例,慢性萎缩性胃炎9例)标本MGMT表达.结果]MGMT表达率在慢性浅表性胃炎黏膜(CS)、慢性萎缩性胃炎黏膜(CA)和胃癌(GC)组分别为48.0%(12/25)、33.3%(3/9)和19.7%(13/66)(CS v.s.CA,P=0.697;CA v.s.GC,P=0.392;CS v.s.GC,P=0.007).胃癌组,MGMT表达与患者性别、年龄、胃癌分化程度及HP感染间均无显著相关关系;胃炎组,HP感染与MGMT表达显著正相关(r=0.408,P=0.017).结论]MGMT表达缺失引起的胃黏膜细胞DNA损伤修复障碍可能是胃癌发生的原因之一.

Role of MGMT absent expression in gastric carcinogenesis

Objective] To explore the role and significance of MGMT absent expression in the gastric carcinogenesis.Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MGMT expressions in 66 gastric cancer and 34 gastritis samples,(including 25 chronic superficial gastritis and 9 chronic atrophic gastritis samples).Results] In chronic superficial gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer groups,the rates of MGMT expression were 48.0%(12/25),33.3%(3/9) and 19.7(13/66) respectively(CS v.s.CA,P=0.697;CA v.s.GC,P=0.392;CS v.s.GC,P=0.007);in gastric cancer group,MGMT expression was not significantly related to gender,ages of patients,differentiation of gastric cancer and infection of helicobacter pylori(HP);while in gastritis group,infection of HP was significantly related to MGMT expression(r=0.408,P=0.017).Conclusion] MGMT absent expression can induce the accumulation of DNA damaged by methylating agents,which may be one of gastric carcinogenesis reasons.
