| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在腕关节损伤中的应用价值。方法：14例腕关节创伤患者，全部行X线摄片和多层螺旋CT薄扫、三维重建及多平面重建,分析各种方法对骨折或脱位的显示情况。结果：14例腕关节损伤多层螺旋CT共发现19处骨折脱位，而X线平片只发现13处，MPR可以很好显示脱位的方向和程度，骨折线走向和移位及周围软组织的情况。SSD可以直观的多角度观察骨折立体关系和脱位情况。结论：多层螺旋CT的MPR和SSD两种重建方法可提高腕关节损伤的诊断准确性，有利于临床医师选择治疗方案和制定手术计划。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the role of 3D imaging of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of wrist joint damage.
