雷公藤多苷治疗RA起效用药量研究

【目的】研究中药雷公藤多苷治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的起效用药量，以指导临床合理用劲。【方法】采用回顾性分析的方法收集567例用雷公藤多苷治疗RA患者病例，根据其治疗效果分改善、进步、明显进步3级，研究病情改善程度与服药时间及剂量的关系。【结果】进步与改善所需平均服药剂量有显著性差异（P〈0．05），而进步与明显进步所需平均服药时间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）口【结论】在一定的范围内，雷公藤多苷的服用剂量和疗效成正相关。因此，雷公藤多苷需在最大有效用药量范围内足时足量服用，以期达到最佳治疗效果。

Investigation on Effective Dosage of Polyglucoside of Tripterygium Wilfordii in Treating Rheumatic Arthritis

[Objective] To investigate the effective dosage of polyglucoside of tripterygium Wilfordii in treating rheumatic arthritis(RA)for guiding the clinical rational administration.[Methods] Five hundred and sixty-seven patients treated with this drug were selected and analyzed retrospectively.The effect was classified as improvement,advance and obviously advance.The relation between improvement and administration time and administration dosage was studied.[Result] The average between administration dosage of advance group and improvement group had obvious difference(P<0.05).However,the average administration dosage between advance group and obvious advance group had not difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion] In a certain range,the polyglucoside of tripterygium Wilfordii should be administrated with sufficient time interval and dosage in the largest effective administration limit in order to achieve the best curative effect.
