| 摘 要： | 目的建立小儿牛黄清肺片中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸（45：55），检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0．03036—0．7590μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为101．5％，RSD为1．6％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便，重现性好，可作为小儿牛黄清肺片的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Child Niuhuangqingfei Tablet. Methods HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 2% phosphoric acid （45 ： 55）. The detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Results The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0. 030 36-0. 759 0 μg（ r =0. 999 9）, The average rate was 101.5%, RSD=1.6% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Child Niuhuangqingfei Tablet. |
