脐带血干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤中给予无缝隙护理干预的价值分析研究

目的 探讨将全程无缝隙护理干预应用于脐带血干细胞移植治疗的脊髓损伤患者的临床效果。方法 选取在2010年1月至2015年12月间本院收治的32例脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各16例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施全程无缝隙护理干预。对比分析两组的神经功能,用生活质量以及并发症发生情况。结果 术后2个月时,观察组ASIA评分中运动和轻触觉评分以及SF-36评分均较对照组显著增高(P＜0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 针对行脐带血干细胞移植治疗的脊髓损伤患者,通过开展全程无缝隙护理干预,能改善其神经功能,提高生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Value analysis of seamless nursing intervention in umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation for spinal cord injury

Objective To explore the clinical effect of seamless nursing intervention in cord blood stem cell transplantation for patients with spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty-two patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects. Patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 16 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given the implementation of seamless nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Neurological function, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 2 months after surgery, ASIA scores and SF-36 scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with spinal cord injury treated with cord blood stem cell transplantation, the whole process of seamless nursing intervention can improve their neurological function and quality of life, which has certain clinical application value.
