| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在盆腔静脉淤血症(PV)中的诊断价值。方法经阴道彩色多普勒超声对PV患者进行检查,并记录病变部位、面积及血流特点。结果对68例PV患者均作出了定性、定位及病变程度的诊断。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对于PV具有安全、无创、准确可靠等优点,是诊断PV的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(TVCDFI)in the diagnosis of pelvic varicosis(PV).Methods The patients with PV were examined By TV CDFI.The position,area and blood flow feature of the lesion were recorded.Results Sixty-eight cases with PV were definitely diagnosed.According to the feature of CDFI,the degrees of the lesion were classified in three categories:mild,moderate and severe.Conclusions TVCDFI is a safe,simple and accurate method in detecting PV. |
