| 摘 要： | 本文介绍自１９７８年１月至１９８６年１２月应用显微外科技术立即修复颌面部缺损３１３例的经验。在这些病例中用游离皮瓣８０例，成功率占９３．７％；带蒂皮瓣２３３例，成功率占９７．０３％。并在皮瓣类型的选择，舌再造功能效果和皮瓣肌皮瓣的优缺点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Experience by using microsurgical techniques for immediate reconstruc- tion of the maxillolacial defects had been presented on 373 cases from January 1978 toDecember 1986. In this group, 80 free fiaps and 233 pedicled flaps were used, and the survivalrate were 93.7 and 97.03 per cent respectively; The selection of the flaps,the functionaleffects of tongue reconstruction,and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed。 |
