摘    要:目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的动脉粥样硬化情况。方法:随机选取本院2011年8月-2013年8月共收治的70例MHD患者作为观察组,并选取70例健康者作为对照组。采用彩色多普勒超声对其双侧颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、收缩期血流峰值速度(Vmax)及斑块等进行检测,计算阻力指数(RI),并结合患者的粥样斑块、有无糖尿病等具体情况对相关数据进行分析。结果:观察组患者的斑块检出率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);透析病程≥5年的斑块检出率明显高于病程〈5年组(P〈0.05);粥样斑块阳性组的年龄较阴性组高,其IMT明显增厚,RI显著升高,Vmax、Vmin降低(P〈0.05);糖尿病组的斑块检出率明显高于非糖尿病组(P〈0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者的年龄、病程、糖尿病等因素与动脉粥样硬化有着紧密联系。

Research on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Atherosclerosis

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the maintenance hemodialysis(HMD)patients with atherosclerosis.Method:A total of 70 MHD patients were selected as the observation group in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013,and 70 healthy subjects were selected in our hospital as the control group.The bilateral carotid artery-in the film thickness(IMT), systolic blood flow peak velocity(Vmax)and plaques were tested by color doppler flow imaging(CDFI),resistance index(RI) were counted,and combined with the atheromatous plaque,with and without diabetes in patients with specific conditions, the relevant data were analyzed.Result:Plaques of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The plaque detection rate of dialysis duration≥5 years was significantly higher than the course of〈5 years group(P〈0.05).The age of atheromatous plaque positive group was higher than the negative group,the IMT thickened obviously,a significant rise in RI,Vmax and Vmin were reduced(P〈0.05);The plaque detection rate of diabetic group was significantly higher than non-diabetic group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The patients with maintenance hemodialysis for factors including age,course of the disease,diabetes and atherosclerosis are closely linked.
