高血压病与炎症反应相关性的研究

目的：探讨高血压病与炎症反应相关性。方法：随机抽取2012年2月-2013年2月本院收治的100例例行检查的患者作为研究对象，并按随机数字表法分为对照组（血压正常）和观察组（高血压病患者），每组各50例。给予两组测量血压、体重等，收集患者空腹静脉血，测定患者空腹血糖、超敏C-反应蛋白、IRI等；并对结果进行回顾性分析及比较。结果：观察组的体重、血压、超敏C-反应蛋白与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；采用Logistic多因素回归分析发现，观察组的血压与IRI、超敏C-反应蛋白呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：高血压病与炎症反应密切相关，治疗炎症反应在减轻患者血压方面有可能起到协同作用。

Correlation Research of High Blood Pressure and Inflammation

Objective：To study the inflammatory response associated with hypertension. Method：100 patients with routine inspection in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were randomly selected as the research object, and each 50 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the observation group for hypertension patients,compared with normotension,observed the blood pressure,weight,etc.,fasting venous blood collection patient, determination of fasting blood glucose,in patients with allergic C-reactive protein,IRI;And related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the control. Result：The results showed that the weight of patients with high blood pressure,allergic C-reactive protein and blood pressure were compared with the control group,there were significant differences（P＆lt;0.05）;Also by used Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors analysis results showed that the blood pressure of hypertension patients and IRI,hsCRP were positively correlated,with statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Hypertension is closely related to inflammation,treatment of inflammatory reaction in the aspect of reducing blood pressure in patients with possible synergistic effect.
