《针灸学》四特性教学方法及教学手段改革的研究和实践

本研究主要是针对《针灸学》教学中,如何解决经络循行抽象难讲、腧穴特异功能难明、刺灸补泻手法难显、治病机理玄妙难释等难点疑点问题进行研究和实践。课题组在吸取最新针灸临床、实验研究成果的基础上,建立了一套突出传统针灸学理论精髓、体现针灸现代科学内涵的针灸学四特性教学法,即经络内容教学。它能充分展现循行路线客观存在的动态特性,腧穴内容教学能验证腧穴功能的相对特异性特性;刺灸法内容教学能体现针法灸法补泻手法参数的差异特性;针灸治疗内容教学能反映针灸治疗的科学特性。将四特性教学法引入到《针灸学》教学中后,使得抽象难讲的经络循行一目了然,功能难明的腧穴特性得以佐证,手法难显的刺灸补泻客观呈现,玄妙难释的治病机理诠释尽然。

The Research and Practice of Teaching Methods Reform in the Quadruple-characteristic-acupuncture-didactics

This article aimed towards the research and practice on aspects as the solution of difficulty of explaining the abstract meridians circulation,clarifying the distinctive function of acupoints,revealing the manipulation of acupuncture/moxibustion and filling/drawing,interpretation of wonderful mechanization of treatment during the“Acupuncture”education.Based on the latest achievement of acupuncture clinical and experiment research,our group found the quadruple-characteristic-acupuncture-didactics which highlighted the quintessence of traditional acupuncture theory and reflected the connotation of modern science.The characters are meridians education fully unfold the dynamic character that the circulation exists objectively;acupoint education verifies the relative particular character of the function of acupoints;manipulation education embodies the diverse character of acupuncture/moxibustion and filling/drawing;treatment education reports the science character of acupuncture treating.Applies to the“acupuncture”education,the quadruple-characteristic-acupuncture-didactics explains the meridians circulation transparently,clarifies the function of acupoints features,reveals the manipulation of acupuncture/moxibustion and filling/drawing objectively,interprets the wonderful mechanization of treatment fully.
