贝那普利联合金水宝胶囊治疗高血压病肾损害80例临床观察

目的：观察贝那普利联合金水宝胶囊对高血压病肾损害的影响。方法：选择高血压病肾损害患者80例，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予含贝那普利的常规治疗，研究组在此基础上加用金水宝胶囊。观察治疗后9周后两组血压情况和肾功能变化情况。结果：治疗9周后，两组血尿素氮（BUN）、24h尿蛋白均降低，内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）均升高，血压均有所改善，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与对照组相比，联合组24h尿蛋白降低更明显（P〈0．05）。结论：贝那普利加金水宝胶囊治疗高血压病肾损害，在有效降压的同时可以降低BUN，使Ccr升高，有明显减少患者蛋白尿的作用，其治疗效果优于单独应用贝那普利。

Curauve Effect of Benazepril and Jinshulbao Capsule with 80 Cases in Treating Hypertensive Renal Damage

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of benazepril and Jinshuibao capsule in treating treating hypertensive renal damage. Method： 80 patients with hypertensive renal disease were randomly divided into control group and atudy group according to random number table method. The control group received oral benazepril, while the study group received Jinshuibao combined with benazepril. Blood pressure and the change of renal function in both groups were observed. Result： After 9 weeks treatment, BUN, urine protein in 24 hours, blood pressure of two groups were both lower, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate were both higher, compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; urine protein in 24 hours of the study group was lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Benazepril plus Jinshuibao capsule can lower BUN, urine protein in 24 hours and blood pressure, rise Ccr. Its therapeutic effect is better than benazepril alone.
