施维舒联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

目的：观察施维舒联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取本院收治的92例反流性食管炎患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各46例。两组均口服雷贝拉唑钠和吗丁啉，其中观察组加用施维舒，对照组加用硫糖铝。疗程均为8周。观察比较两组患者的临床有效率、内镜下愈合率和不良反应以及1年后的随访结果。结果：两组治疗后临床积分均明显低于治疗前，且观察组治疗后各时间段临床积分均明显低于对照组，观察组临床症状缓解时间为（9.21±2.94）d，明显短于对照组的（14.34±5.64）d，且总有效率为94.89%，明显高于对照组的79.91%；观察组内镜下食管炎疗效总有效率为95.65%，明显高于对照组的73.91%，而观察组1年复发率为6.52%，明显低于对照组的23.91%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者有头痛、恶心反应各1例，无严重不良反应发生。结论：施维舒联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗反流性食管炎有更好的近期疗效和较低的复发率，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Selbex Combined with Rabeprazole Sodium in the Treatment of Pepticulcer

Objective：To observe the clinical application of Selbex combined with rabeprazole sodium in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method：92 patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group.The two groups were both given ray Bella of cefmetazole sodium and Motilium,the observation group was added with Selbex,the control group was treated with Sucralfate.Treatment for 8 weeks.The clinical efficiency,gastroscope concrescence rate and adverse reactions,and after 1 year follow-up of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The clinical score of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group after treatment in each time period,the time of clinical score were significantly lower than the control group,the clinical symptom remission time was（9.21±2.94） d,it was significantly shorter than that（14.34±5.64）d in control group,and the total efficiency was 94.89%,it was significantly higher than 79.91%of the control group,the total efficiency of endoscopic esophagitis in observation group was 95.65%,it was significantly higher than 73.91%in the control group,the 1 year recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.52%,it was significantly lower than 23.91%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with headache,nausea in all 1 cases,no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：The united Selbex with rabeprazole sodium in treating reflux esophagitis is better and lower rate of recurrence,it is worthy of clinical application.
