观察应用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉55例的疗效

目的：进一步观察应用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选取本院于2011年12月-2013年4月收治的110例声带息肉患者,将其随机分成两组,治疗组55例采用电子喉镜手术治疗,对照组55例采用支撑喉镜手术治疗,经过1个月的随访观察后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者经过随访观后发现,治疗组的手术成功率为74.5%（41/55）,对照组70.9%（39/55）,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在摘除声带广基息肉后,治疗组的痊愈率为68.2%（15/22）,对照组的痊愈率47.8%（11/23）。术后治疗组并发症发生率为3.6%（2/55）,对照组的并发症发生率为14.5%（8/55）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用电子喉镜治疗声带息肉疗效显著,操作简单安全,并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Curative Effect of Electronic Laryngoscope in Treatment of 55 Patients with Vocal Cord Polyp

Objective：To further observe clinical effect of electronic laryngoscope in the treatment of 55 patients with vocal cord polyp.Method：Our hospital from December 2011 to April 2013 were analyzed in 110 cases of vocal cord polyp patients,randomly divided them into two groups,the treatment group for 55 cases was given electronic laryngoscope surgery treatment,the control group for 55 cases was given support laryngoscope surgery,after 1 month of follow-up observation after comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Result：Two groups of patients after a follow-up test found that the treatment group success rate of surgery was 74.5%（41/55）,the control group was 70.9%（39/55）,compared with no significant difference（P〉0.05）;After removing vocal wide base of polyps,the cure rate of treatment group was 68.2%（15/22）,the control group cure rate was 47.8%（11/23）,the treatment group was lower than the control group,comparing differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The incidence of postoperative complications in treatment group was 3.6%（2/55） and control group in the incidence of complications was 14.5%（7/55）,the two groups compared with had significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using electronic laryngoscope vocal polyp treatment effect is more significant,simple and safe operation,lower incidence of complications,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
