建立国家医院管理信息共享平台的迫切性

信息资源共享是国家“十二五”期间图书情报与档案管理学科未来五年重点研究领域中的一个。本文通过对当前医院上报政府主管部门信息的现状分析及结合澳大利亚医院信息公开经验，提出建立国家医院管理信息共享平台的建议及实施方案。指出该平台的建立有助于转变政府职能、促进公立医院提高管理水平、为广大人民群众提供更好更方便的医疗服务。

The Urgency of Establishment National Hospital Management Information Sharing Platform

For achieving the 12th national five-year plan for economic and social development, information resource sharing is one of the major fields and key research topics of library, information and archives science in the future five years. Through an analysis of the status of information resource sharing of public hospitals and an introduction to the experience of australian hospital information disclosure, this paper proposes to establish a national hospital managenment information disclosure platform. It argues that the establishment of this platform is helpful in accelerating the transformation of government functions, promoting the improvement of management of public hospital and providing better and more convenient medical services to citizens.
