儿童上颌埋伏多生牙围术期隐患分析及护理对策

目的：探讨儿童上颌前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除的围术期隐患及护理对策。方法：对61例患儿上颌前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除手术围术期采取护理措施。根据患儿术前、术中及术后疗效，评价其护理对策效果。结果：61例埋伏牙拔除效果良好，95%的患儿对护理疗效满意。结论：根据儿童上颌前牙区埋伏多生牙拔除的围术期隐患分析，采取对应的护理对策，能缩短手术时间，减少手术过程中创伤，避免意外，减少术后并发症，从而提高手术疗效。

Maxillary Impacted Supernumerary Teeth in Children Perioperative Risk Analysis and Nursing Counter ;Measures/D

Objective：To explore children＆#39;s maxillary anterior region supernumerary teeth removal perioperative risks and nursing.Method：61 children with maxillary anterior supernumerary teeth removal in our hospital were given nursing measures in perioperative period.According to the efficacy in children with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing measures,the effect of nursing was evaluated.Result：61 cases of impacted tooth extraction effect was good,95%of children were satisfied with the treatment results.Conclusion：According to the children＆#39;s maxillary anterior region supernumerary teeth removal perioperative risk analysis,to take corresponding nursing.It can shorten the operation time, reduce the surgical trauma in the process,avoid the accidents,reduce the postoperative complications,so as to improve the effect of operation.
