认知行为取向团体辅导对大学生生气情绪管理的干预效果研究

摘    要:目的:研究认知行为互动团体辅导对大学生生气情绪管理的干预效果。方法:筛选出21名大学生为试验组,进行4期8次的认知行为取向的团体心理辅导;同时设立对照组21名,不参加团体训练。通过定量和定性的方法对于干预效果进行评估。结果:通过团体心理辅导后,试验组在情境生气、特质生气、生气表达及非理性信念的后测结果较前测显著降低(P〈0.05),对照组的前后测分数无显著差异(P〉0.05);后测和追踪测量的结果:在情境生气、特质生气等4个维度方面,试验组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:认知行为取向团体心理辅导对改善大学生生气情绪管理具有积极正向的效果。

A Study on the Intervening Effect of A Cognitive-behavioral Interactive Group Therapy on Angry Emotion Management of College Students

Abstract:Objective:To research the intervening effect of a cognitive-behavioral interactive group therapy ( CBIGT ) on angry emotion management of college students.Method: 21 college students who had angry mood management bad were selected and set at experimental group. The intervention group was taken to attend CBIGT for 8 times in 4 stage. Meanwhile, another 21 students were set at control group. Through quantitative and qualitative methods evaluated the effect of intervention. Result: After CBIGT, the situational angry, trait angry, angry expression and irrational beliefs of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the pre-test (P〈0.05), while in the control group, there was no significant difference compared with pre-test ( P〉0.05 ) ; the students in the intervention group bad lower scores in the situational angry, trait angry, angry expression and irrational beliefs in post-test and follow-up test than those of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . Group members of quantitative and qualitative analysis were consistent with this results.Conclusion: CBIGT can improve angry emotion management of students effectively.
