延伸护理对人工全髋关节置换术后患者生活质量及髋关节功能恢复的影响

目的：总结分析延伸护理对人工全髋关节置换术患者术后生活质量和髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法：选择2010年6月-2012年11月本院收治的90例进行人工全髋关节置换手术的患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理和出院电话随访，观察组在对照组基础上给予延伸护理，分别于术后6个月、1年通过Barthel指数和Harris髋关节评分评价患者生活质量和髋关节恢复情况。结果：观察组术后6个月、1年的Barthel评分及Harris评分均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：科学的延伸护理指导能有效改善全髋关节置换手术患者术后生活质量，有利于髋关节功能恢复，值得推广使用。

Effect of Extended Care for Quality of Life and Hip Functional Recovery of Patients after Artificial Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective：To investigate effect of extended care for quality of life and hip functional recovery of patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty. Method：90 patients with artificial total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,each group had 45 cases. The control group was treated by routine care and telephone follow-up,the observation group was treated by extended care on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and hip recovery of two groups were analysed by Barthel Index and the Harris hip score in 6 months,1 year after surgery. Result：After treatment,the Barthel Index and the Harris hip score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group in 6 months,1 year after surgery, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Scientific extended care can improve quality of life and help restore hip function for patients after artificial total hip arthroplasty.
