护理干预对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者术前心理反应及术后身体康复的影响。方法：将50例患者按随机数字表法分成观察组25例和对照组25例，对照组按腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预，分别测定两组患者术前心率、血压、焦虑及术后身体康复的指标并进行分析。结果：观察组术前心率、血压、焦虑低于对照组，术后疼痛持续时间、首次下床时间、首次肠道排气时间、拔除腹腔引流管的时间也较对照组提前。结论：腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者接受心理护理干预有助于降低术后疼痛，减少术后不良反应，促进康复，提高治疗质量。

The Effects of Nursing Intervention on Patients underwent Laparoscopic Radical Correction of Carcinoma Cervicis

Objective：To explore the psychological intervention effect on carcinoma cervicis patients’ preoperative psychological reactions influence and postoperative physical rehabilitation who underwent laparoscopic radical correction. Method：To select 50 patients underwent laparoscopic radical correction of carcinoma cervicis,and divide them into two groups. Patients in control group were given usual care,and in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Patients’ heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety were monitored before the surgery,and the indicators of physical rehabilitations were monitored after the surgery. To analyze all the indicators. Result：Compared with the control group,the heart rate,blood pressure,patients’anxiety of the observation group were lower,the duration of pain,the first ambulation time,time of the first intestinal flatus,and time of the abdominal drainage tube removed after the surgery were shorter. Conclusion：The patients underwent laparoscopic radical correction of carcinoma cervicis receive psychological nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain,postoperative adverse reactions,promote rehabilitation and improve quality of care.
