常平镇产后抑郁现状及其相关性研究

目的：通过调查了解产后抑郁的临床特征及其相关因素,为产后抑郁的预防提供依据。方法：选取2012年在本院分娩的产妇1098例作为本次研究对象,采用自行设计的产后抑郁知识知晓情况调查表及爱丁堡产后抑郁调查量表进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果：产后抑郁知识的知晓情况得分为：产妇得分（36.38±3.30）分;丈夫得分（37.55±3.90）分;家人得分（17.52±2.90）分。产后抑郁症的发病率为9.7%,对不同的文化程度、职业、经济状况、夫妻关系、婆媳关系、性格、婴儿性别期待、孕期不良事件的产妇进行比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;产妇的年龄及婚姻比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：应完善产后服务系统,从家庭到社会不同层面都给予产妇关爱与帮助,通过对产妇及其家属进行健康教育、实施心理干预、加强家庭支持及社会支持等措施有效地预防和降低产后抑郁症的发生。

Research of Postpartum Depression Status and Correlation in Changping Town

Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics and related factors of postpartum depression through investigation.To provide basis for the prevention of postpartum depression.Method：1098 women with delivery in 2012 in our hospital were selected as the objects for study.The awareness questionnaire was design by postpartum depression knowledge and the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale survey questionnaire.And the results were statistically analyzed.Result：The awareness of postpartum depression scores of knowledge respectively：women scored（36.38 ± 3.3） scores;husband scored（37.55 ± 3.9） scores;family scored（17.52 ± 2.9） scores.The incidence of postpartum depression was 9.7%;on the cultural level,the different occupation,economic status,the relationship between husband and wife,mother and daughter relationship,personality,infant sex,maternal pregnancy expected adverse events were compared,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;that age and marriage women of the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Should perfect the postpartum service system,from the family to the different levels of society for maternal love and help,through the maternal and family health education,psychological intervention,to strengthen the family support and social support and other measures,to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression.
