| 摘 要： | 目的：分析探讨采用切开复位解剖钛板内固定法治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效和术后护理方法。方法：选取2009年9月-2011年9月本院共收诊的150例跟骨骨折患者，采用切开复位解剖钛板内固定治疗并分析其效果。结果：按Maryland标准评价术后足部功能：157患足中优94足，良48足，中13足，差2足，优良率为90．45％。术后5足在切口拐角处皮缘缺血发黑，1例发生慢性疼痛。结论：采用切开复位解剖钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折，临床疗效好，患者恢复快，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the clinical effect and postoperative nursing methods of treating ealcaneal fracture by open reduction and Plastic Ti-alloy Plate Internal Fixation.Method： 150 patients with ealeaneal fractures in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2011 were se]ected, they were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of plastic Ti-alloy plate, the clinical effect was analyzed.Result： According to the Maryland criteria of foot function after operation： of 157 patients feet, exeeUent for 94 feet, good for 48 feet, not bad for 13 feet, poor for 2 feet, the excellent and good rate was 90.45%.The wound margin was not good in 5 feet postoperatively.1 case took place chronic pain.Conclusion： Open reduction and internal fixation with Plastic Ti-alloy Plate is a reliable and good measure to treat calcaneal fractures.It is worthy of popularization and Application |
