自噬基因Beclin1在喉鳞癌患者中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨自噬基因Beclin1在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学SP法检测77例喉鳞癌组织和22例正常组织中Beclin1的表达，分析Beclin1的表达与喉鳞癌生物学行为的关系。结果：Beclin1表达主要位于细胞浆，与正常组织比较，喉鳞癌组织中Beclin1的蛋白表达阳性率明显降低（P〈0.05）；Beclin1表达与喉癌的临床分型无关（P〉0.05），与喉癌的T分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移相关（P〈0.05）。结论：Beclin1表达缺失可能是喉鳞癌形成过程中的重要机制之一，可能成为探讨肿瘤发生和抑制肿瘤浸润转移研究的新靶点。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Beclin1 in Laryngeal Carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression of Beclin1 in laryngeal carcinoma and to analyze clinical significance.Method：The expression of Beclin1 in 77 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 22 cases of normal tissues were detected by Immunohistochemical SP method.The correlations of expression of Beclin1 gene and clinicopathologic factors of laryngeal carcinoma were analyzed.Result：Beclin1 expressed mainly in the cytoplasm,compared with normal laryngeal tissue,the positive expression rate of Beclin1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissue significantly decreased （P〈0.05）;the expression of Beclin1 had no correlation with clinic types（P〉0.05）,but with the laryngeal cancer T stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis related（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The loss of Beclin1 expression may be one of important mechanisms in the forming process of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,may be became the new targets of exploring the tumorigenesis and inhibiting tumor metastasis.
