预注适量甲氧明或麻黄碱对全麻诱导期低血压的防治

目的：探讨比较甲氧明和麻黄碱在防治全麻诱导期低血压的作用。方法：抽取拟行全身麻醉手术治疗的临床患者68例,按随机数字表法分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,每组34例。在全麻诱导时Ⅰ组给予甲氧明2 mg,Ⅱ组给予麻黄碱10 mg,观察和记录给药后3 min、5 min血压和心率的变化,并进行比较分析。结果：两组全麻诱导期收缩压、舒张压、心率方面,与给药前比较,给药后3 min、5 min差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：适量甲氧明和麻黄碱全麻诱导期使用均能防止低血压的发生,维持患者心血管系统的稳定,是较好的全麻诱导期的伍用药物。

Prevention and Control of Injection Amount of Methoxamine or Ephedrine on Hypotension during Induction of General Anesthesia Department of Anesthesiology

Objective：To explore and compare methoxamine and ephedrine hydrochloride in the prevention and treatment of hypotension during induction effect.Method：68 patients underwent general anesthesia operation were selected and divided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ according to random number table method,each group had 34 cases,the group Ⅰ was given methoxamine 2 mg,the group Ⅱ was given ephedrine 10 mg during induction of general anesthesia,changes in 3 minutes,5 minutes,blood pressure and heart rate after administration of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result：The comparision of induction of general anesthesia of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate of two groups before administration,after administration of 3 minutes,5 minutes,had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Appropriate methoxamine and ephedrine during induction of anesthesia using can prevent hypotension in patients with cardiovascular system,maintain stable,is a good combined with drug in the induction period of general anesthesia.
