超声与CT诊断宫内节育器意外穿孔6例的相关性研究

目的：探讨超声与CT对宫内节育器意外穿孔的诊断价值，并对节育器的安全使用进行相关研究。方法：统计6例经超声与CT确诊为宫内节育器意外穿孔的病例资料，进一步分析其发生原因并研究防范措施。结果：超声与CT能够明确诊断宫内节育器意外穿孔，并可较好地对补救手术进行指导。结论：超声与CT在宫内节育器放置术前后体检、确诊意外穿孔以及指导补救手术中都具有重要的应用价值。选用合适的宫内节育器类型、提高术者操作水平和责任心、保证患者具备合适的身体状况等措施，可防范节育器意外穿孔。

Ultrasound and CT Diagnosis of Six Cases of IUD Accidental Perforation and Its Correlation Study

Objective：To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound and CT in diagnosis of the the IUD accidental perforation,and to conduct the relevant research on the safe usage of IUD.Method：The data from 6 cases diagnosed as IUD accidental perforation by ultrasound and CT were performed statistical analysis.The causes of this situation were further analyzed,the preventive measures were studied.Result：Ultrasound and CT were able to make a definitive diagnosis of IUD accidental perforation,and could better guide for remedial surgery.Conclusion：Ultrasound and CT have an important application value in the physical examination before or after the surgery of IUD placed,the diagnosis of accidental perforation and the guidance of remedial surgery has important application value.The measures such as to select the right type of IUD, improve the the surgeon operating skills of surgeon and sense of responsibility,and measures to ensure that patients have the appropriate physical condition and so on,can prevent the accidental perforation of IUD.
