盐酸格拉司琼三联药物对TACE术后栓塞综合征的预防效果观察

目的：探讨盐酸格拉司琼三联药物对经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）术后栓塞综合征的预防效果，为临床推广做出指导。方法：选择本院自2010年2月-2013年2月收治的98例行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞的中晚期肝癌患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组49例。对照组在术前给予盐酸格拉司琼静脉滴注，观察组在对照组的基础上再联合使用甲氧氯普胺和甲泼尼龙，对比观察两组患者术后恶心呕吐、腹痛等胃肠道反应以及发热的情况。结果：观察组患者术后恶心呕吐的胃肠道反应以及发热情况优良率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸格拉司琼联合甲氧氯普胺和甲泼尼龙对TACE术后栓塞综合征的预防效果显著，能大大降低患者的胃肠道反应以及发热情况，值得临床广泛推广。

Observation of Triple Drug Granisetron Hydrochloride in Prevention of Embolism Syndrome after TACE

Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of triple drug Granisetron hydrochloride in the use of embolism syndrome after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,which made guidance for clinical application. Method：98 patients admitted to the hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were divided into control group（given granisetron hydrochloride before surgery）and observation group（given metoclopramide and methylprednisolone based on control group）,the embolism syndrome of two groups were compared. Result：The excellent rate of gastrointestinal reactions and fever situation of observation group were better than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Granisetron hydrochloride which combine with metoclopramide and methylprednisolone have significant effect on preventing embolism syndrome after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, which is worthy of clinical widely.
