尼可地尔治疗稳定性心绞痛效果观察

目的：探讨尼可地尔治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床治疗效果。方法：选择2011年1月-2012年1月本院收治的稳定性心绞痛患者72例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。所有患者均给予阿托伐他汀钙、阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物以及β-受体阻滞剂等常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用尼可地尔进行治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：对照组18例显效,12例有效,总有效率83.33%;治疗组29例显效,6例有效,总有效率97.22%。两组临床治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组有2例出现头晕、呕吐等不良反应,对照组则有7例,两组不良反应情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组西雅图心绞痛量表的各项数据都要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用尼可地尔治疗稳定性心绞痛具有显著效果,其具有治疗效果好、并发症发生率低、安全性较高等优点,与常规治疗相比具有显著优越性,值得临床推广。

The Effect Observation of Nicole in the Treatment of Stable Angina

Objective：To study the clinical effect of nicole in the treatment of stable angina. Method：72 patients with stable angina received in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were divided into the two groups according to random number table method,and there were 36 patients in each group,and all patients received the conventional treatment, including atorvastatin calcium,aspirin,nitrates and beta blockers and so on. the treatment group were treated with nicole on the basis of the conventional treatment,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result：In the control group,18 cases were excellently,and 12 cases were effectively,and the effective rate was 83.33%. In the treatment group,29 cases were excellently,and 6 cases were effectively,and the effective rate was 97.22%. The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment group had 2 patients appeared dizziness,vomiting and other adverse reactions,the control group had 7 patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Various data in Seattle angina table of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nicole has a significant effect in the treatment of stable angina,and this kind of treatment method has advantage as the good treatment effect,the low complication rate,the high security,and compared with other treatment method it has significant advantages and is worthy of popularizing in the clinical.
