冠脉慢血流患者的脉搏波传导速度和踝臂指数的变化及意义

目的：观察冠状动脉慢血流患者脉搏波传导速度（PWV）、踝臂指数（ABI）的变化及其相关性。方法：对经冠状动脉造影确诊的30例冠脉慢血流患者（慢血流组）和55例血管正常组者（血管正常组）进行PWV、ABI检测，分析冠脉慢血流患者的PWV、ABI变化特征，并与血管正常组比较。结果：与血管正常组比较，冠脉慢血流组PWV值升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；ABI值降低，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：PWV、ABI与冠脉慢血流病有一定相关，提示冠脉慢血流可能系冠脉早期动脉硬化的表现。

Changes and Signiflcances of Pulse Wave Velocity and Ankle Brachlal Index in Patients with Coronary Slow Flow

Objective：To analyze changes and their correlation of the pulse wave velocity（PWV）and ankle-brachial index（ABI）of patients with coronary slow flow.Method：30 patients with coronary slow flow（slow blood flow group）were confirmed by coronary angiography and 55 normal blood vessels（vascular normal group）for PWV,ABI testing. Analyzed PWV,ABI variation of the slow blood flow group,compared with the normal group.Result：Compared with the normal group, PWV value elevated in the slow blood flow group（patients with SCF）,the difference had statistics significance（P〈0.05）. ABI values decreased,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：PWV,ABI have certainly related with coronary slow flow,suggest that coronary blood flow might show the performance of early atherosclerosis coronary system.
