小儿腹腔镜麻醉喉罩通气时压力控制通气和容量控制通气的安全性比较

目的：探讨小儿腹腔镜麻醉喉罩通气时压力控制通气和容量控制通气的安全性。方法：90例患儿中45例（P组）患儿使用压力控制通气,剩余45例（V组）患儿采取容量控制通气,通过比较两组患儿各时间点的生命体征指标MAP和HR,血气指标PaCO2,肺通气指标Cdyn以及不良反应来评价两种方法的安全性。结果：P组在维持MAP、HR、PaCO2以及Cdyn平稳性上明显优于V组,同时P组患儿不良反应也明显轻于V组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：压力控制通气能良好地维持患儿各项指标平稳,且不良反应少,安全性高。

The Study of the Safety between Pressure Control Ventilation and Volume Control Ventilation with Laparoscopic Anesthesia Throat

Objective：To study the safety between pressure control ventilation and volume control ventilation with laparoscopic anesthesia throat. Method：45 cases patients（group P）in 90 patients used pressure controlled ventilation,the remaining 45 cases（group V）used volume control ventilation,and the different time points of MAP,HR,PaCO2,Cdyn were compared between the two groups. Result：In group P,HR,PaCO2,MAP,Cdyn was better than V group in the maintenance of stationarity,while the adverse reactions of patients in group P were also significantly lower than V group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Pressure control ventilation can maintain good indicators in patients with stable,less adverse reactions and high security.
