| 摘 要： | 目的实验研究卡托普利对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤内皮细胞的保护作用。方法在大鼠左冠状动脉前降支结扎致心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型的基础上,观察卡托普利药物干预对损伤大鼠血浆中血管性血友病因子(vWF)活性及脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果卡托普利能明显降低MDA含量及vWF活性。结论卡托普利对心肌缺血再灌注损伤内皮细胞有明显的保护作用,与其通过清除氧自由基的膜脂质过氧化作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the protective effects of captopril on endothelial cells injury induced by the myocardium experienced ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods The model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by ligating the anterior descending artery of left coronary artery,so as to observe the impact of captopril intervening on the amount of vWF,MDA and NO in the plasma of injured rats.Results Captopril can decrease evidently the amount of MDA and vWF.Conclusions Captopril can protect endothelial dysfunction from ischemia-reperfusion. |
