| 摘 要： | 目的：了解汶川地震病员伤情。方法：对我院救治的689例地震伤员年龄与性别构成、受伤部位、并发症及死残情况等进行调查。结果：60岁以上年龄段最高17．13％，女性53．41％稍多于男性46．59％，2个以上部位受伤54．28％高于1个部位受伤45．72％，其中四肢伤最多为43．98％，次为头部伤22．93％，而脊柱伤仅4．64％，鲜见颈部伤0．29％。最常见并发症是休克和挤压综合症，各为0．73％和1．45％，死残率分别为2．18％和5．66％。结论：初步明确了汶川地震伤情，可为以后抗震救灾提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To learn and analyze the traumatic condition of Wenchuan earthquake.Methods： We survey and analyze the traumatic conditions including the age, the sex, the traumatic part, the complication and the dying and disable conditions with 689 traumatic patients who were treated in our hospital.Results： The patients more than 60 years account for 17.13 percent. The female patients account for 53.41% more than the male （46.59%） of. The patients having two traumatic parts account for 54.28% more than the ones having only one traumatic part （45.72%） .The patients with the trauma of four limbs account for 43.98%, following the trauma of heads 22.93 %, the spine trauma 4.64 %, the neck trauma 0.29% o The shock and the Crush syndrome are the most common complications accounting for 0.73% and 1.45% respectively, the dying and disabling rate of which accounts for 2.18% and 5.66% respectively.Conclusion： The finding will be able to provide some experiences for the medical treatment in the future earthquakeo |
