| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨庚型肝炎病毒感染者的发病相关因素。方法：用ELISA法检测了门诊及部分住院患者2800例血清抗庚肝病毒抗体(抗-HGV-Ab)，进而分析了抗体阳性临床症状、肝功损伤及感染方式的关系。结果：经两次以上血清学证实抗-HGV-Ab阳性者共72例，占被检查者2．6％(72／2800)。阳性者中有不同消化道症状者46例，谷丙转氨酶(ALT)轻度或中度升高者39例；有输血或使用血液制品史者40例。结论：庚肝在大连地区有散在发病并与多次输血，使用血液制品密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the HGV infection of 2 800 cases of hepatitis patients. Method: Sera of 2 800 patients were detected with ELISA method for proving HGV-antibody (HGV-Ab) positive persons. Results: Of 2 800 patients 72 positive cases were found more than one times serologically. HGV-Ab was detected in 72 persons (2.6% 72/2 800). In 72 HGV-Ab positive persons, the different alimentary symptoms were found in 46 cases. Increasing of ALT in 39 cases and 40 cases had the history of blood transfusion. Conclusion: Analysis of the relative factors of hepatitis virus type G infection. |
