初次搜索策略对大鼠Morris水迷宫试验成绩的影响

目的探讨初次搜索策略对大鼠Morris水迷宫学习成绩的影响程度.方法应用Morris水迷宫对45只SD成年大鼠进行定位航行试验、空间探索试验及工作记忆试验;根据初次搜索策略将大鼠分为边缘式和随机式组,比较两组之间各项目的测试成绩.结果定位航行试验时,第一系列训练期间,两组潜伏期无明显差异;从第二系列开始,随机式组潜伏期较边缘式组明显缩短,这种趋势一直持续到第六系列,此后潜伏期又趋于一致.两组之间空间探索试验及工作记忆试验时潜伏期无明显差异.结论初次搜索策略主要影响大鼠空间记忆的学习进度,对瞬时记忆和短时记忆没有影响.

Influences of first swimming pattern on morris water maze test scores in rats

Objective:To investigate the influences of the rats' first swimming pattern on Morris Water Maze Test scores.Methods:Place discrimination,space probe trial and memory tests were performed on45adult SD rats using Morris Water Maze.Then the rats were divided into two groups,i.e.marginal mode group and random mode group,according to their first swimming patterns,and the comparison of the test scores between two groups was performed.Results:There was no significant difference of latent periods between two groups during the first training series of place discrimination;The latent period of marginal mode group was shorter than that of random mode group from the second to sixth series,and then the latent periods between two groups were compatible again.There was no signifi-cant difference of latent periods between two groups during space probe trial and memory tests.Conclusion:The first swimming pattern mainly influence learning progress of spatial memory in rats,and don't influence instanta-neous memory and short-term memory.
