急性低压缺氧对大鼠上消化道粘膜生长抑素含量的影响

摘    要:目的 为了观察急性低压缺氧对大鼠上消化道生长抑素 (SS)的影响及其意义 .方法  36只雄性 Wister大鼠随机分成 6组 ,其中 3组为对照组 ,3组为急性溃疡模型实验组 ,实验组与对照组各随机分为地面组、5 0 0 0 m组及 10 0 0 0 m组 .在低压舱上升至 5 0 0 0 m ,10 0 0 0 m,各停留 30 min,出舱即时麻醉取上消化道粘膜组织 ,用放免法测定粘膜 SS含量 .结果 实验十二指肠粘膜 SS含量 5 0 0 0 m和 10 0 0 0 m组均明显高于地面组 (2 5 6± 2 8vs 148± 45 ,P<0 .0 1,2 48± 77vs148± 45 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,5 0 0 0 m组 10 0 0 0 m间无显著性差异 .对照组十二指肠 SS含量 ,5 0 0 0 m和 10 0 0 0 m组均明显高于地面组 (2 6 5± 5 6 vs 16 0± 19,P<0 .0 1,2 0 0± 8vs 16 0± 19,P<0 .0 1) ,5 0 0 0 m组明显高于 10 0 0 0 m组 (2 6 5± 5 6 vs 2 0 0±8,P<0 .0 5 ) .实验组与对照组各高度时十二指肠粘膜 SS含量间均无显著性差异 .胃窦粘膜 SS含量在实验组、对照组及实验组与对照组各高度时均无显著性差异 .结论 急性低压缺氧引起十二指肠粘膜 SS含量明显升高 ,对胃窦粘膜 SS含量无明显影响

Abstract:AIM To examine the effects of acute hypobaric hypoxia on SS contained in upper gastrointestinal tract of rats. METHODS 36 Wister male rats were divided into 6 groups; there were control groups and ulcer groups. Each group contains ground, 5000 m and 10 000 m above sea level. SS contents were determined with radioimmunoassay methods. RESULTS Statistically significant difference was exhibited among each group. There was no significant difference of SS contents in each altitude between models with control. SS content was significantly increased in duodenum of model in 5000 m group and 10 000 m group, compared with that in ground. It was also no significant increase in duodenum of control in 5000 m group and 10 000 m group, compared with that in ground. There was no significant difference of SS contents in phlori amount each group. CONCLUSION SS contents in duodenum mucosa of rats which underwent hypobaric hypoxia significantly increased. It may play an important protective role in acute hypobaric rats.
