集装箱焊接车间焊接烟尘治理措施

摘    要:目的采取综合治理措施,捕着、吸附焊接烟尘,使焊接车间焊接烟尘达到职业卫生要求。方法在对集装箱焊接车间现场调查、检测、评审的基础上,确定焊接车间的焊接烟尘尘源量,并计算每台焊机的除尘风量。结果采用局部除尘和全面通风措施,在连续3天的监测期间,车间电焊烟尘时间加权平均容许浓度〈4mg/m^3,短时间接触容许浓度〈6mg/m^3,其他粉尘、MnO2等均符合职业卫生要求。结论在综合治理措施的实施下,集装箱焊接车间的焊接烟尘浓度得到有效控制。

Abstract:Objective To take comprehensive improvement measures to removing the weld fume, in order to make weld fume concentration accord with requirement of occupational health.Methods Based on field investigation, detection and assessment , concentration of weld fume in welding workplace and air quantity needed for each welding position were calculated. Results Methods of partial dust removal and overall ventilation were adopted. In a period of three days monitoring, the average concentration of the weld fumes was less than 4 mg/m^3 , and the short - term exposure concentration was less than 6 mg/m^3 . MnO2 and other dusts all accorded with requirements of occupational health. Conclusion Weld fume concentration is effectively controlled during taking comprehensive improvement measures in the welding workplace producing container.
