榼藤子种仁化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究豆科植物植藤子[Entada phaseoloides(L.)Merr.]种仁的化学成分。方法采用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20等分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和现代波谱学技术(MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别为2,5-二羟基苯乙酸乙酯(1),2,5-二羟基苯乙酸甲酯(2),5-羟基-苯并呋喃-2-酮(3),榼藤酰胺A(4),硬脂酸甲酯(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7),豆甾醇(8)。结论化合物1,3,5,7,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Entada phaseoloides.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,and their structures were elucidated based on their physieochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as ethyl 2,5-dihydroxy phenyl acetate(1),methyl 2,5-dihydroxy phenyl acetate(2),5-hydroxybenzofuran-2(3H)-one(3),entadamide A(4),methyl stearate(5),β-sitosterol(6),β-daucosterol(7)and stigmasterol(8).CONCLUSION Compound 1,3,5,7 and 8 were isolated from Entada genus for the first time and compound 6 was isolated from Entada phaseoloides for the first time.
